FREE ONLINE YOGA
Dedicate to those that might be new to yoga or me and would like a taster. Most practices are between 15 and 45 minutes and most of them are are accessible and thought for people suffering from chronic pain, anxiety, stress and fatigue. You can find a new class every week, including: yin yoga, gentle flows, strengthening and mobilising flows, meditations, yoga nidra and self-massage techniques.
ONLINE & IN PERSON 1:1
Private Yoga and self-care sessions online and in person. If you need to work through a specific need or group classes aren't for you. We will look at all of your wellness goals and work together to make you feel your best self.
I mainIy focus on practices for pain and stress release, bespoke back care session and also offer tailored Pregnancy and Postnatal programmes.
ADVANCED CLINICAL MASSAGE THERAPY
I offer Clinical Massage Therapy - for the treatment of chronic pain, injuries and performance - from my home in Worthing. This is a treatment that combines Western and Eastern techniques, including Trigger Point Therapy, advanced stretches, Myofascial Release and self-care methods and exercises.
