This Yin Yoga Full Body Release is a 40-Minute Yin Yoga class that will help you release tensions and stress from the body and the mind. As always with Yin, try not to force your body into any position. Instead, ask yourself “what do I need to do today to feel good in my body”. Adjust the posture to what serves you today and make use of props if needed. Remember, find challenge but never pain!
